At the last Triangle JUG meeting I was stunned by the level of unemployment in the local Java community.
Here's something that may help. TechEngage is a new non-profit organization dedicated to providing technical training for out of work IT folk. Our first event will be the week of March 10th, using facilities generously provided by the North Carolina State University College of Management.
I will be volunteering to teach the Java track, and my friend Justin will be teaching the C# track. There are several other tracks available as well.
There are still plenty of opportunities to help. If you are interested, please contact us.
