The first iteration of PermissionSniffer had two annoying problems:
  1. It ran non-interactively, creating a new policy file and re-starting each time it hit an AccessControlException
  2. It added tons of small scale permissions (like per-file read permissions) instead of wildcarding
The new version fixes both of these problems. And it's GPLed. Now off to pick the right source repository...
